Teresa Heard has been chosen as Community Options Inc Employee of the Quarter. Teresa has excellent attendance. When working, she does any and all activities that require attention. She interacts with the individuals served, works with them on their outcomes and accompanies them on outings when needed. She strives to keep things lighthearted and pleasurable.

Teresa readily accepts change and will endeavor to implement new ideas and suggestions.
Teresa works hard at making the house feel like a home. She assists the ladies in decorating for every holiday making the home inviting and comfortable.

Since the move to the new house, during nighttime hours when the ladies are sleeping, Teresa busies herself by unpacking their belongings and putting them away.

For these reasons we have selected Teresa as Employee of the Quarter.
